Dr Ho Ying Ci is a Consultant Anaesthesiologist in the Department of Anaesthesiology, Division of Anaesthesia, Singapore General Hospital.

She received her MBBS in 2009 and her MMed (Anaesthesiology) in 2014 from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University Singapore. She is also a fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.

Dr Ho is trained in liver transplant anaesthesia and takes a special interest in anaesthesia for hepatopancreatobiliary surgery as well as anaesthesia for major abdominal surgeries. In 2017, she completed her liver transplant anaesthesia fellowship in Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.
