In addition, the PIPAC section of this year’s workshop has been endorsed by the International Society for the Study of Pleura and Peritoneum (ISSPP).

For full certification and eligibility to perform PIPAC independently, candidates are still required to observe live PIPAC surgeries and/or perform PIPAC procedures under supervision of a qualified proctor.

The Department of Sarcoma, Peritoneal and Rare Tumours (SPRinT) at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) comprises a team of surgical oncologists trained in the complex management of peritoneal surface malignancies, in collaboration with multidisciplinary experts from various sub-specialties.
